If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

4. Orders & payment

By submitting an order you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

6. Returns & refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging, except items marked “Final sale” on the product page and in the cart, which cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Velvet Noir or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
